Treasury Books
(1706-1707) Records of the Treasury administration in Britain, America and the colonies, for October 1706 to December 1707. These abstracts of the Treasury minute books and corresponding warrants for this period covers a huge variety of topics involving all manner of receipts and expenditure, customs and revenue officials, civil servants, pensioners, petitioners and postmasters figuring particularly among the individuals named.

Masters and Apprentices
(1738) Apprenticeship indentures and clerks' articles were subject to a 6d or 12d per pound stamp duty: the registers of the payments usually give the master's trade, address, and occupation, and the apprentice's father's name and address, as well as details of the date and length of the apprenticeship. 1 January to 7 October 1738COADE. Baptists in London supporting Missionary Work in Bengal
(1804-1805) The Baptist Missionary Society established a mission at Serampore in Bengal. Letters from the missionaries from 27 June 1804 to 20 October 1805 describing their work were published in England as 'Periodical Accounts relative to the Baptist Missionary Society', prefaced by 'A List of Persons baptised in Bengal, belonging to the Church of Christ at Serampore' running back to 1 November 1795. With this was this appendix, a list of subscriptions, collections and donations from 1 October 1804 to 1 October 1805, including (pages 146-150) 'Collections and Donations for Translating the Scriptures into the Eastern Languages'.COADE.
