The Birmingham Directory; or, Merchant and Tradesman's Useful Companion included this 'alphabetical list of the principal inhabitants, their respective trades, and places of abode'. Printed and sold by Pearson and Rollason in 1776, and reprinted by Charles E. Scarse, librarian of Birmingham Library, in 1896.
