The European Magazine was published monthly in London; volumes 53 and 54 cover January to December 1808. At the close of each volume a list of English bankrupts is given for the half-year, with surname, initials, address, trade, and the names of the solicitors dealing with each case. This is the index to the bankrupts (not the solicitors) for the whole of the year.

Subscribers to Felicia Dorothea Browne's Poems (1808)
Poems, by Felicia Dorothea Browne, published in Liverpool in 1808, attracted a wide subscription list, headed by His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales, His Royal Highness the Duke of Gloucester, and Her Royal Highness the Princess Sophia of Gloucester. Although most of the subscribers were from London or Liverpool, there are many from elsewhere in the country. The names are arranged by initial letter of surname, each letter being headed by the names of nobility; christian names are rare, most surnames being prefixed by Mr., Mrs. or Miss. Many names are given addresses, or at least general locations, in italics.

The list of subscribers to The Racing Calendar for the Year 1813 by Edward and James Weatherby (Volume 41) commences with the nobility, by rank. The main mass of subscribers are then listed county by English county, and Wales, Scotland, and Ireland. Initials are often given, christian names occasionally, addresses hardly ever.

Voters in Northampton (1826)
A poll to elect two burgesses to represent the town and borough of Northampton, was held there 12 to 20 June 1826. This poll book lists the voters alphabetically by surname, giving christian name, abode, occupation (in italics), and whether they voted for sir George Robinson, sir Robert Henry Gunning, or William Leader Maberly.

Cambridgeshire Voters: Tydd St Giles (1832)
The poll on the election of three knights of the shire to serve in Parliament for the county of Cambridge, was taken at Cambridge, Royston, Newmarket, Ely, Wisbech and Whittlesea 18 and 19 December 1832. The candidates were Henry John Adeane esquire, Richard Greaves Townley esquire, Charles Philip Yorke esquire and John Walbanke Childers esquire. This poll book sets out the names of the voters in alphabetical order hundred by hundred and parish by parish. The voters' full names are stated, surname first. The right hand column records their votes. The new qualification for suffrage in the counties, after the passage of the 1832 Great Reform Bill, was the possession of a freehold estate worth 40s a year or more, a copyhold or long leasehold of £10 a year or more, or a tenancy or short leasehold of £50 a year or more.
