Section 88 lists the officers and servants of the Prince of Wales, including the officers of the Duchy of Cornwall, officers and servants of the Bedchamber and Above Stairs, those under the direction of the Master of the Horse, and the officers of his Royal Highness's Family Below Stairs down to the soil-carrier, the turn-broaches and the kitchen boys, and the housekeepers, porters and watchmen at his minor residences.

There are central registers for collections of the stamp duty in London, as well as returns from collectors in the provinces. These collectors generally received duty just from their own county, but sometimes from further afield. (The sample entry shown on this scan is taken from a Norfolk return)
